Monthly guests are to keep house clean. Guests are responsible for the PG&E;, Comcast/ XFINITY Bundle (Cable, WiFi and Phone) and Water during their stay at our properties. Owner keeps these utilities current and then sends them to Kendall & Potter. We then prorate for the dates you are at the property sending a copy to you for your records and reimbursement to the owner. Please note that the First months' rent and deposit are payable by cashier check or money order. We are sorry, we do NOT accept credit cards for rental payments, but we do require it for our records and for your utility bills that may come after your departure.
