This Condo is located in the quiet Live Oak neighborhood and situated only a few blocks from Twin Lakes Beach, where walks along the shoreline and sand castles await. It is also just a short drive or bike ride to Santa Cruz Harbor, Capitola Village, and the Boardwalk for a day of fun. Equipped to meet all your needs away from home, this cozy condo features a queen bed in the bedroom. Amenities include: TV, cable, WiFi, full kitchen, separate dining area, single bathroom. Patio area with table perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner listening to the peaceful sounds of the pond with water fall. You also have access to a full gym, swimming pool and on site laundry (uses credit card only). Parking for 1 car in assigned carport, guests are to park on the street as there is no guest parking. No smoking or pets are allowed. There are BBQ for guests to use on site, but you are responsible to keep them clean. Monthly Only for $2,200 per month Deposit is the same as the Rental amount. There is a Cleaning/Linen fee of $500. If the fees at the end of your stay do not equal this amount then the balance would be put towards the deposit and refunded to you. Monthly guests are to keep house clean. Guests are responsible for the PG&E; and Comcast/XFINITY Bundle (Cable, WiFi and Phone) during their stay at our properties. Owner keeps these utilities current and then sends them to Kendall & Potter. We then prorate for the dates you are at the property sending a copy to you for your records and reimbursement to the owner. Please note that the First months' rent and deposit are payable by cashier check or money order. We are sorry, we do NOT accept credit cards for rental payments, but we do require it for our records and for your utility bills that may come after your departure.
