Just a short walk from downtown Plain where you can search for unique treasures at the Hardware store or stock up on some forgotten food items at Just Plain Grocery. A short main living space features cathedral ceilings with a river rock fireplace. Dining table seats 6 with 4 more at the breakfast bar/island. The open concept of the main floor offers ample space to enjoy a game or conversation. Loads of space in the kitchen to allow everyone to join in meal preparation. You will be able to keep an eye on the kids while they run and play in the large open and flat yard. A flat screen TV is available to watch feature films. The full size kitchen offers all the amenities of home including electric stove, microwave, coffee pot and plenty of cooking/dish-ware. Large island and tons of counter space in this family sized kitchen. The main floor also features a master bedroom suite with soaking tub and separate shower for all the necessary privacy one needs. Heated bathroom floor is a special treat and adds to the spa like feel. Complete set of linens are provided. Main floor also boasts a washroom for guests and laundry area. Upstairs you will find two generous separate bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. The two open concept lofts each have three twin beds for the younger members of your family. One of which is a 'covered wagon' for your little sidewinder. Another 3/4 bath serves to accommodate those upstairs guests. The outdoors of this beautiful family cabin features a large covered wrap around porch with comfortable chairs overlooking the large level yard. There is a huge concrete poured fire-pit and private 6 person hot tub for enjoying the mountain valley no matter the season. If the weather is not nice enough for outdoor activity, this home comes equipped with ping pong and an air hockey table for inside enjoyment. Year round access make the Alpine Acres Lodge the perfect retreat. Within walking distance of the Plain Hardware and Plain Grocery. Built in 1999 on 2 acres and is an extremely well located home in the heart of the beautiful Plain Valley. You'll enjoy mountain and valley views from both inside and outside this lodge which comfortably sleeps 13. Fees Vary By Season, Festival Dates and Holidays. The base rate for this property is for the first 2 guests. Any additional guests over 6 will be calculated at a fee of $25.00 per guest per night up to the maximum occupancy of 13 people. Children 1 and under are FREE. This home is pet friendly and each pet is $25 per pet per night (max dogs on site is 2) Additional fees include a Housekeeping Fee, a 5% Resort which covers credit card processing and protects property for up to $1,000 for accidental/unintentional incidental damages. Willful and negligent damages are not covered under the Resort Fee and will be the sole responsibility of the contracted guest(s). State and Local Lodging Taxes are also applicable. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot permit single night stays under any circumstance. We have a 2 night minimum stay for regular dates and a 3 night minimum stay over federal holidays. This home will require 4WD, AWD, or chains during winter months. This is a privately owned vacation home and we recognize that the home sleeps more than 13 people. The owners (based on fire marshal regulations, Chelan County rental regulations and out of respect to the communities we live and work in) allow a maximum of 13 guests under the rental contract. There are never to be more than 13 guests staying at the property during any rental contracted period of time. If more than the contracted number of guests are found on the property the contract will be null and void and guests will be required to vacate with no refund. Please understand and note that we are legally bound to adhere to our contracts with out owners and regulations. We respect and appreciate the efforts that allow us to offer vacation rentals for all to enjoy.
